The brief
Nobody chooses an assisted living facility from a website. They choose it from a visit. The site has one job — get the family through the door — and its real audience is usually an adult child researching on behalf of a parent, under time pressure, comparing four places at once.
What we built
Every page ends at Schedule Tour. Not a newsletter, not a brochure download, not a phone number on its own — one action, repeated, because splitting the call to action across a family-owned facility's modest traffic splits it into nothing.
Answering the checklist
A family comparing facilities is working from a list, so the site answers it directly: medication assistance, executive-chef-prepared meals, laundry and housekeeping, on-site barber and beautician visits, internet and cable, and the activity programme. Facilities and amenities have their own pages, and the photo gallery is there for the obvious reason — people want to see the room before they drive.
The things that actually reassure
The staff-to-resident ratio, one of the highest in St. John's County, is stated rather than implied. The owners' background — family-owned since 2006, with nearly seventy years of combined healthcare experience between them — is on the site because for this decision the operator matters as much as the building. Four family testimonials carry it, and the visitation policy is published where families can find it without calling.
Where it landed
One action, supported by everything a family checks before they commit to the drive.
