The brief
Two industries need a photograph of something that cannot be photographed. A developer sells apartments eighteen months before the building exists. A consumer brand needs catalogue imagery before there is a production sample to put in front of a camera. In both cases the render is not an illustration of the marketing — it is the marketing.
What we produced
Architectural
The exterior hero for a five-storey residential block is lit at dusk, which is the hardest lighting condition and the one that sells: the pool deck, the planting and the lit interiors all read in a single frame, where daylight would flatten two of the three. The interior suite settles the whole material and lighting scheme — veneer, cove lighting, fabric — as one photoreal frame, before anything is ordered. The neighbourhood walkthrough runs at street level with traffic, planting and people in shot, so the plot sells as somewhere to live rather than as a massing model.
Product
The hard-surface build is modelled from spec drawings and lit as a studio shot — no sample, no stylist, no studio hire. The packaging render resolves glass, brushed copper and satin in one pass, which is the combination that usually costs a reshoot when it is done with a camera.
How it is handed over
Frames, source scenes and turntables together. A render delivered as a JPEG alone is a dead end the first time a material changes; delivered with the scene, it is an asset the client can have revised next year.
