The brief
A retailer's image cost is not the shoot. It is the multiplication afterwards: three colourways, four marketplaces, each with its own aspect ratio and background rule, and a rejection queue for whichever one you got wrong. Shooting every variant is the expensive way to solve it and the slow one.
What we do
Colourways from one sample
One sample is photographed and the rest are generated. The difficult part is not the hue shift — it is keeping the fold shadows and the fabric weight through it, because a flat recolour reads as a swatch rather than as a garment, and customers return what does not match.
Marketplace specification
Studio frames squared to 1200×1200 with floors cut away and levels corrected. That is the exact format marketplaces reject listings for missing, and the rejection arrives days later with no explanation worth reading.
Lifestyle regrading
A flat overcast frame regraded to golden hour with the sky replaced, skin and fabric held. It saves a reshoot and, more usefully, it saves waiting for weather.
Why it runs as a line
Batch actions per channel mean the same master produces every required output in one pass. The alternative — reprocessing the set by hand for each marketplace — is where retailers quietly lose a week per season.
